Please save your receipt.
We will cheerfully exchange or refund most items with a receipt dated within 30 days of purchase. Some rules or exceptions may apply.
Standard Return Policy
Most items purchased at O-MART may be returned unless stated otherwise in the list of exceptions below by department. Items must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. We strongly recommend you keep your packaging and receipt for at least the first 30 days after purchase. Customers who do not provide a receipt will receive an O-MART store credit qual to the current retail price of the returned item.
Return Policy by Department
Different departments may have different return policies, check the department below for exceptions. All of the exceptions listed below require the merchandise be returned with a receipt.
Gift Receipt Returns: Returns accompanied by a gift receipt will be extended in the form of an O-MART Store Credit. WIC/Lonestar eligible items are not permitted for return with a gift receipt. The refund value will reflect any discounts applied at time of original purchase. All rules and restrictions may apply.
Pre-Paid/Services/Clearance Items: Refunds and exchanges are not permitted for Gift Cards, phone cards, clearance items, etc. All sales are final.
Clothing, Bags, and Accessories: Must be returned within 30 days with original packaging.
Appliances/Electronics: Most must be returned within 14 days with original packaging.
Fresh food/Produce/Meat/Seafood/Service Deli: We ask that you return the merchandise within 24 hours of purchase in the original packaging with a receipt. It only will be refunded as O-MART store credit.
Discounts and Promotions: The refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of any free gift or discount.
No Receipt Returns/Exchanges: A valid government issued ID is required for all non‑receipted returns/exchanges. Refund will be extended in the form of an the O-MART Store Credit.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange in the below listed items.
Can’t find your receipt?
In most cases, if you paid with an electronic payment type (credit, debit, personal check, Lonestar, O-MART Gift Card), we can locate your purchase and process your no‑receipt return as a receipted refund with our receipt look‑up feature.
O-MART reserves the right to limit or refuse any refund.
